Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons green cardamom seeds
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a dry bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- 2 store in an airtight container and use as required.
- 3 spices can be used to mix 450g/1lb of diced lamb, beef or chicken.
