- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in oil in skillet. transfer to a 2 quart casserole.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- 3 bake for 2-1/2 hours at 350.
