Ingredients

- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 cups celery, cut in 1-inch slices
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef gravy
- 6 slices toast
Recipe
- 1 place bacon in a skillet and saute until crisp.
- 2 remove and set aside.
- 3 saute onion in the bacon fat until golden brown.
- 4 add celery, tomato sauce, and gravy.
- 5 cover and simmer until celery is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 6 serve over the toast.
