Layered Tortilla Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) can of sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  • 2 add tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper and black olives.
