Mexican Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 -4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (i use mild)
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages taco seasoning
- 1 -2 lb ground beef
- tortilla chips (i prefer scoops for this)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 brown hamburger, add 1 pack of taco seasoning and 1-2 tablespoons of water (you can follow the directions on the pack if you wish). set aside to cool slightly.
- 3 mix cream cheese, sour cream and 1 pack of taco seasoning. i prefer to use my kitchen aid mixer so i can just let it go while i'm making the hamburger. it will become nice and fluffy as it mixes.
- 4 spread cream cheese mix in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- 5 pour hamburger evenly over cream cheese mix.
- 6 put cheddar cheese over everything until it's completely covered. i like it really cheesy!
- 7 place in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
