Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 12 tablespoons oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 green chili pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef, onion, garlic and salt; drain and add remaining.
