Mexican Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 medium chopped tomato
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 in a frying pan, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
- 2 drain grease.
- 3 add taco mix and package amount of water and mix with beef.
- 4 add can of refried beans and mix until incorporated.
- 5 in a 9x11 pan, (or i like to use my oval baking dish) put the ground beef mixture.
- 6 add the remaining ingredients in the order given.
- 7 spread the avacado and the sour cream with a spreading knife.
- 8 serve with tortilla chips.
