My Mom's Slow-cooked Shredded Beef (oamc)

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies

Recipe

  • 1 put all in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or low 6 hours.
  • 2 when done, take out roast, shred and put back in and cook for longer for better flavor.
