Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup water
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 4 ounces diced green chilies
Recipe
- 1 put all in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or low 6 hours.
- 2 when done, take out roast, shred and put back in and cook for longer for better flavor.
