Ingredients

- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
- 6 cups beef stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 add all vegetables to meat stock. season to taste and simmer for one hour.
- 2 combine beef, egg, milk and seasonings. form into very small meatballs.
- 3 drop meatballs into boiling soup and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
