Pants Off Dance Off Beef Pita Pockets

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 19 ounces cannellini beans, drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil over med-high heat.
- 2 add beef, onion, & garlic until meat is no longer pink.
- 3 drain on paper towels if it's a fatty cut.
- 4 return to pan.
- 5 add all remaining ingredients & simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- 6 spoon into warmed pita bread pockets.
