Meat Rub For Roast

Ingredients

• mrs. dash seasoning mix, garlic & herb
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• mrs. dash seasoning mix, minced onion medley
• lawry's seasoned salt
• thyme
• rosemary
• italian salad dressing (liguid)

Recipe

• 1 pre-heat your oven 500 degrees.
• 2 i sprinkle these all over the roast – then rub it in –rub it in!
• 3 pour salad dressing over roast – place roast in the oven 500 degrees for 15 minutes, uncovered.
• 4 then turn oven down to 350 – cook nice and slow for several hours.
• 5 i check often to make sure it isn’t drying out.
• 6 sometimes i’ll even set the oven 325.
• 7 oh so good!
