Jammazziti

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomatoes
  • 1 (12 ounce) package velveeta cheese, cubes
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion, green pepper, and celery.
  • 2 cook entire pkg of noodles.
  • 3 cook and drain ground beef. add tomatoes and chili powder. simmer.
  • 4 add mushroom and water chestnuts.
  • 5 add sautéed vegetables to ground beef mixture.
  • 6 drain noodles and add velveeta. stir to start the cheese melting.
  • 7 add meat mixture and mix well.
