Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) package velveeta cheese, cubes
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute onion, green pepper, and celery.
- 2 cook entire pkg of noodles.
- 3 cook and drain ground beef. add tomatoes and chili powder. simmer.
- 4 add mushroom and water chestnuts.
- 5 add sautéed vegetables to ground beef mixture.
- 6 drain noodles and add velveeta. stir to start the cheese melting.
- 7 add meat mixture and mix well.
