Ingredients

- 8 artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb beef, diced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
- cooking oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 fry onion in oil until soft.
- 2 add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- 3 add meat and seasoning and cook at further 15 minutes.
- 4 add artichoke hearts and cook until tender.
