Kharshuf Matbukh

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 lb beef, diced
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • cooking oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fry onion in oil until soft.
  • 2 add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3 add meat and seasoning and cook at further 15 minutes.
  • 4 add artichoke hearts and cook until tender.
