Mexican Flaming Cheese

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (19 ounce) can chili style tomatoes
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • chopped jalapeno pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown the ground beef and drain.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted.
  • 3 pour into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees (uncovered) for 15 minutes.
  • 4 serve with flour tortillas.
