Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 medium diced onions
- 3 cups boiled and diced potatoes
- 3 cups diced cooked corned beef (about 1 lb.)
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat and saute the onions for 3 minutes.
- 2 add the potatoes and cook for 12 minute.
- 3 stiring occasionally.
- 4 add the corn beef and cook for 6 min more til completely heated through.
