Italian Fondue For Crock Pot

Total Time: 2 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • italian bread, cut in chunks

Recipe

  • 1 in crock pot combine beef, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and cheeses.
  • 2 cook on low for 2 hours.
  • 3 turn switch to high.
  • 4 dissolve cornstarch in wine.
  • 5 add to crock pot and cook for additional 15 minutes on high.
  • 6 dip italian bread chunks in fondue.
