Frying Pan Goulash

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag of elbo roni pasta, boiled and drained
  • 1 lb good quality ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar cheese whiz (or smaller)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • v8 vegetable juice, to get desired consistency
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 saute beef and onions in large frying pan, drain well.
  • 2 add cheese whiz and stir to creamy consistency.
  • 3 add canned tomatoes and v8 juice.
  • 4 add paprika, salt and pepper.
  • 5 allow to cook down without a cover.
