Minnesota Meat Balls

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- salt & pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup catsup
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into balls. put meat balls in a 2 qt baking dish or 9 x 13 pan. blend the remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. i like to cover with foil and then uncover for the last half hour.
