Minnesota Meat Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first 7 ingredients together well and shape into balls. put meat balls in a 2 qt baking dish or 9 x 13 pan. blend the remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. i like to cover with foil and then uncover for the last half hour.
