Hot Dog Sauce Jersey Style

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup mustard
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 4 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 cup tomato puree
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 1 large onion, chopped very fine
• 8 hot dogs (in caseing )
• 8 hot dog buns

Recipe

• 1 fry groundbeef till done add next 11 items add 1/4 cup onion from the chopped onion and simmer sauce for 30 min.
• 2 fry hotdogs in crisco till they crack.
• 3 put dog on bun then sauce onion and mustard.
