- 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 -4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans (with juice)
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, with juice
- 3 teaspoons salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup minute tapioca
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275°f.
- 2 mix all together in a large roaster.
- 3 bake covered for 6 hours.
